A Hawker 800 XP, tail number XA-JMR crashed in Michigan on 16 October 2025. Three occupants died in the crash. The aircraft was on a stall test flight after maintenance at Battle Creek Regional Airport, MI (BTL).
According to flight24 ADS-B data and recording from Liveatc.net, the aircraft was conducting a stall test when it descended about 600 feet. The aircraft gained altitude again and reached 15,000 feet when it entered uncontrolled spin. Videos recorded from people on ground showed the aircraft falling with at high descent rate. The pilot was heard saying stall on radio on Cleveland Center frequency.
